I hated the &quot;sales&quot; meetings we had at my old brokerage house sooooo much, it made me realize that the reason some people were having trouble selling was because they were being taught the wrong approach. When you&#039;re in sales you have to learn how to stop selling and start giving, that is, start giving something of value such as your expertise. The way to have something result in a sale is to build trust - and the only way to do that us to listen to what clients want and then deliver something of value. Thanks for the reminder!</description>
